One of the stores I really like, but never really buy anything from is Accessorize. They’ve somehow managed to gather everything cute and pricey in one place, and you immediately feel like you need it all. When I visited the store friday, they had a big sale with 70% off. I’d previously looked at some slipper boots but felt they were too expensive, so this was my shot, and I purchased some cute slipper boots that’ll hopefully keep my feet warm. They’ve performed very well until now, and I can strongly recommend them.

I admit it, I’m a sneaker girl – always have been and probably always will be. Since I started working I’ve really toned down my everyday wear, I guess that’s a result of having ELLE as your neighbour. It’s actually quite depressing, some days I notice as we’re all walking down the stairs for lunch, that all of my colleagues are wearing black/white/gray, not one single drop of colour on them. Trinny and Susannah would probably die.

Anyways, while sporting a delightful hangover, I came across some sneakers on a blog and obviously had to figure out where they were from, and this led me on to a greater sneaker-journey. The result is that I’m now completely in love with Christian Louboutin sneakers, oh my god they’re to die for!

I might die loving this.

While spending the last day in Paris, we had more than a couple of hours to kill before our flight, and so we ended up in Galeries Lafayette. Basically it’s, in my world, a gigantic mall with the most exclusive brands spread out on 7 floors. Gucci, Prada, Marc Jacobs, Missoni, Fendi, D&G .. You name it – they’ve got it. Obviously we couldn’t afford to buy anything, the chinese took care of that for us might I add, as they were standing in a 20 metres line outside the Gucci store. Getting inspiration is however, always a pleasure – and I sure did find something that inspired me, leaving me wanting.

They’re made by UGG and called Ariani, and I can’t help but to love them. Such a sweet combination of indian meets street. I’m thinking it’s a love or hate thing, because they are rather special. None the less, they won my heart right then and there on Galeries Lafayette shoe floor. They’re a tad too expensive for my likings though.

If you’re ever in Paris, Galeries Lafayette is worth a visit. You can find it on Boulevard Haussmann.

I’m having a minor shoe loving episode right here. Seriously, you guys, how awesome are these boots? The blogger whom I borrowed these lovely photos from, paired the shoes up with those amazing socks I remember having when I was a child. I absolutely have to have those socks again, although I currently have no shoes that’ll go with socks like that, sneakers definitely won’t do the trick. The boots can be purchased at wantedshoes for those who are interested.

I did the big mistake and checked out all their other boots. Oh damn. I’m equally in love with so much else. I definitely need more boots in my wardrobe.
